Salon Misha is competing for Denver’s Best Hair Salon. The Channel 7 KMGH A List aims to get Denver voter’s opinions on the best of the best businesses. Honest reviews and recommendations from our own neighbors guide us to new finds and help us support local business.

“I am honored to be in the running and I hope this nomination will allow new clients the chance to explore my salon,” said salon owner Misha Belfer.

Belfer is no stranger to competition, as a professional ballroom dancer, he was recently a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance.” This year has really given him the opportunity to take both of his passions, hairstyling and dance, to the next level.

He discovered his interest an innate talent for hairstyling when as a young ballroom dancer, he would style his partners’ hair for competitions. This blossomed into a career and he now cuts and coifs the hair of Denver socialites, debutantes and brides. But you don’t have to be a bold name to look fabulous, Belfer will help you find a look that is uniquely you.

His salon is at One Broadway in Downtown Denver, but he has recently expanded to 7148 E. County Line Road near Park Meadows in order to be more accessible and to expand his clientele. Salon Misha is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. so you won’t find anyone more accommodating.

And Belfer isn’t the only expert on the Salon Misha team. Annie Brenman-West is there for all of your hand and nails needs, Sally Freeman and Tiffany McCray for makeup application, Sara Bicknell for color and Babette LeGaspe for extensions, straigtening and updos. Salon Misha is a one-stop shop for special occasions and when you walk out the door you are guaranteed to be photogenic. We also offer trial applications in advance so you can test drive your look and eliminate any element of surprise.
